"I believe our bodies are wisely designed and constantly work in our favor, even when they send unpleasant signals."

Rugilė M. Bitinaitė: medical doctor, psychotherapy consultant, and body therapy specialist

In my work I use integrated, evidence-based methods that help restore physical and psychological balance. I believe a person's health and well-being are inseparable from the whole, and that each person is unique. That is why I approach each individual holistically, attending to the physical body alongside psychological processes, emotions, and inner being.

In consultations and therapy sessions, I care not only about easing symptoms but also about gaining a deeper understanding of their causes, supporting lasting change, and restoring inner balance and overall well-being.

I believe our bodies are wisely designed and constantly work in our favor, even when they send unpleasant signals or cause discomfort. In my practice I have found that the symptoms our body sends are messages worth hearing and understanding so we can recognize what we most need right now.

When working with people, I listen carefully to what matters to each person, help them understand their individual needs, and together we look for the most suitable solutions. It is especially important to me to create a safe, respectful, and supportive space where healing, growth, and change become possible.

Integrated support for your needs

For each person we choose the most suitable form of support: psychotherapy, body therapy, or an integrated approach.

Initial consultation

During the first meeting we get to know your situation, discuss your main difficulties and their possible causes, and assess the most appropriate forms of support. Depending on individual need, psychotherapy, body therapy, or an integrated method may be recommended.

Duration: 60 min.

Individual integrative therapy

An integrated form of support that combines therapeutic body massage with breathing, movement, and attention exercises aimed at balancing the nervous system.

  • reducing tension and stress
  • deepening relaxation
  • improving how the body feels
  • restoring inner balance
  • strengthening the connection with your body

Each session also includes an individual consultation in which the most suitable therapeutic choices are made and recommendations are given for continuing to improve well-being.

Duration: 60 min. / 90 min.

Psychotherapy consultations

During consultations we explore the difficulties that arise and look for solutions to the questions that matter to you. The work draws on cognitive and dialectical behaviour therapies, as well as schema therapy, mindfulness, and somatic nervous-system regulation methods.

  • traumatic experiences and their processing
  • anxiety, stress, emotional difficulties
  • nervous-system dysregulation
  • relationship questions
  • strengthening self-worth
  • finding inner direction, motivation, and meaning
Duration: 50 min. / 90 min.

Therapeutic massage

An individual manual treatment method used for muscle tension, functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and common body complaints.

  • back pain
  • lower-back tension
  • shoulder-girdle issues
  • headaches
  • general body tension
  • internal organs

Elements of visceral therapy may be used to help improve organ mobility, circulation, and overall body function.

Duration: 30 min. / 60 min. / 90 min.

Methods that work

The work uses integrated, evidence-based methods. For each person the method is chosen individually, taking into account their unique needs, situation, and goals.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

Recognising and changing thinking habits that shape emotions and behaviour.

Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT)

Strengthening emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal relationships.

Schema therapy

Working with deep, early-formed schemas that influence present-day life.

Mindfulness and somatic therapy

Practising conscious presence in the moment and regulating the nervous system through the body.

Therapeutic massage

A manual treatment method that reduces muscle tension and improves musculoskeletal function.

Integrated approach

The view that body and mind are an inseparable whole.

What clients say

Rugilė's sincere attention and her very simple, clear way of communicating are remarkable qualities that I did not find in many other specialists' offices. The experience was wonderful and unique: I truly felt heard. I am incredibly grateful to have found you and to have reconfirmed an age-old truth for myself, that genius lies in simplicity. In my view, this kind of integrative therapy is exactly what people worn out by stress, tension, the weight of responsibility, and constant rushing need most today. One of the best integrative experiences I've had: the body rests, emotions are freed, and you finally understand what it means to have to look for strength within yourself!

Rugilė's touch is the greatest gift, a healing, a reconnection with your own body that you can give yourself, if only you dare. She is someone who gives a client so much because she constantly replenishes herself and has something to give. Hearing myself more clearly is what Rugilė teaches me, walking her own unique path, touching a person with great sensitivity, deep attention, and feeling. Through her work she helps me sense those same qualities within myself and learn to offer them to myself with her gentle support and encouragement, and the spaciousness she creates for my processes to simply be. I feel deep gratitude to Rugilė for letting me experience life in a new way.
